Orange Dream-sicle!!

Orange Dream-sicle by AmbieLutz

Today we have our very first guest poster!

A couple of weeks ago I was browsing makeup looks on the ipsy website and came across the most beautiful summer look!

Anyone who knows me knows that I'm usually scared of any type of blue shade of cosmetics but I have finally found the perfect exception! This is by far my favourite look I've seen this summer!

I decided to click the link to her Instagram and was able to track down the creator of this look, the beautiful Amber, and ask her to tells us all about it! Luckily, she happily agreed and I couldn't have been more excited!

She even went as far as taking some photos of the actual products she used and the finished look for you all to see!

She's got a ton of other badass looks on her Instagram so check her out HERE!

Keep reading to find out how she did this AMAZING  look!

Orange Dream-sicle

So I start out by priming my lids with the maybelline dark circle eraser in fair, then set the concealer with my nyx HD finishing powder.

Using my favorite fluffy blending brush by soho (also a previous Ipsy bag score) I blend the orange hue from my ELF little black beauty book (cool edition) in my crease.

I used my nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk for my water line and then lined my eye lids with my NickaK shimmer eyeliner in blue.

Then I Curled my lashes and applied 2-3 coats of the l'oreal voluminous false fibre lashes.
*Eyes complete*

To complete the flawless face I then blend my covergirl 3 in 1 foundation all over my face with my real techniques blending sponge.

Set my face with the nyx HD finishing powder again.

Then, using another Ipsy fave, my Color City Be Matte bronzer and blush combo in toasted coconut and fresh melon I apply the bronzer to the hollows of my cheeks, around my hairline and sides of my nose. Then the blush to the apples of my cheeks.

I apply my Anastasia dip brow in chocolate  to my brows with a small angled brush. And clean it up with a small concealer brush using whatever is left on the sponge of my maybelline dark circle eraser.

For the lips I took the Ulta lip crayon in the shade OH! (It's a great light orange shade) and applied it to the lips. Then to make it more matte I used an orange shade from my ELF palette again and just dusted it on top with my favorite fluffy blending brush!

Thats it guys!

I hope you all LOVE this as much as I do!!

Thank you again Amber for writing such a detailed tutorial for myself and everyone!
