November Favourites

Hey guys!

Welcome back!

After going through a couple of post ideas I realized I have yet to do a monthly favourites post!
So what better time to start than now? Especially since this month I've really been loving quite a few  new things.

I've put together a short list of 5 things I've been religiously using for the majority of the month of November!

#1 Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette

I received this palette as part of my anniversary gift from my boyfriend at the end of October and I haven't put it down since! Apart from the fact that it smells AMAZING, I'm in love with the quality of each of the shadows. They are extremely pigmented and blend so well. All of the colours in this palette complement each other beautifully which makes getting ready in the morning sooooo much quicker since I don't have to decide what to pair with what (Trust me, at 5am on a Monday it's a hard decision to make).

#2 Maybelline Fit Me concealer

This one took me by surprise because at first I was kind of disappointed because it did crease under my eye quite a bit. However,  since pairing it with the Smashbox photo finish primer it works like a dream! Good coverage and fantastic staying power.  I use the shade 10 for under my eye but also purchased the lighter shade "15" for highlighting my cheek bones and down the bridge of my nose. This formula is really creamy and blends really nicely with the beauty blender!

#3 BabyLips

With the weather changing, my lips have been extremely dry and this has been a life saver. I never really bothered trying Baby Lips when the craze first hit because I was obsessed with the EOS lip balms at the time! Since purchasing this little guy last month I haven't used anything else! It smells awesome and I find the packaging on the EOS lip balms gets super dirty in my purse and baby lips does not so, another point goes to baby lips.

#4 Still spa essentials eyeshadow blending brush

I happened to notice this brush while browsing Walmart because it was under $3 and I had never seen this brand before. The flat edge on the brush handle makes it very comfortable to hold especially when blending which, as you may know can take awhile. The quality is great, no shedding and very soft bristles! It's the perfect size for applying eyeshadow to the crease and also for blending out the finished look. I haven't been able to find a website for this company so I'll just have to scope out walmart again for more!

#5 Coach - Poppy Perfume

This 1 oz bottle of Poppy by Coach actually went on clearance at Target for $12 (regular $48) so I bought it before getting a chance to actually smell it! At first I wasn't sure about this scent because I felt like it had a strong floral-soapy smell but after a couple of days of wearing it, it definitely grew on me! The notes listed on the Sephora website are : Cucumber Flower Petals, Mandarin, Baby Freesia Buds, Jasmine, Pink Water Lily, Southern Gardenia, Rose Petals, Crème Brûlée Accord, Cedarwood, Bleached Sandalwood, Vanilla, Whipped Marshmallow.

Thats it for my November favourites!
